Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind weather, holidays, and issues related to the carrier can impact delivery times and are outside of our control.

We offer flat rate shipping within the contiguous United States. Please see the chart below to see our shipping rates. Curbside Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free curbside pickup at our store location in Historic Downtown Chesterton located at 221 Broadway Ave. Chesterton, IN 46304. When placing your order online, select curbside pickup during checkout, and you will be directed to select an available pickup time and date for your order.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We encourage local customers who have a P.O. box to take advantage of our free curbside pickup.
